Franca is probably one of the most exciting places to open in Barcelona in 2025. It was opened by Fran and Gianmarco (front of house) and Joshua (in the kitchen),all three with experience in restaurants in Spain and abroad.This is a restaurant where the elements that should be behind any gastronomic project are palpable: imagination, storytelling, and passion.
